My management philosophy is “We all succeed when we work together.” This obligates me to focus on creating a harmonious working environment, an agent coaching mentality, and constant availability for my staff.
We, at Coldwell Banker Heritage, practice” selective” recruiting. Therefore, we have a low ratio of agents to managers and don’t have to resort to a mentor system, which really is part-time management. I devote a lot of time working one-on-one with my agents, and I know they appreciate that.
